ABSTRACT
With the aggravation of aging and the increasing demand of the elderly for pension and medical services,the old-age model of medical care combined with nursing emerges as the times required.Traditional Chinese medicine medical institutions have the advantages and opportunities in the process of developing integrated medical and nursing services,such as the treatment and prevention of chronic diseases,the increasing demand of the elderly for integrated medical and nursing institutions,and the strong support of the state for integrated medical and nursing institutions.However,they are also facing challenges and difficulties such as imperfect team,weak market competition and low payment ability.Through the analysis of opportunities and challenges for TCM medical institutions,this paper provides corresponding counter measures and suggestions for their development.
ABSTRACT
With the implementation of the comprehensive reform of medical separation in Beijing at April 8 of 2017, more than 3600 medical institutions in the city were involved, including the public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine. ThisIt was an opportunity of public hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine, and it also showed several challenges. This paper analyzed the situation separation of medicine and drug, the opportunity and challenge to put forward reasonable countermeasure and suggestion for the public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.

At present, there are many problems in the dissemination of new media of Chinese medicine culture, such as "bad communicators", "unsound dissemination of content, serious commercialization" and "less targeted communication". The reasons underlying may be related to the beginning of the new media dissemination of Chinese medicine culture, the imperfect auditing and supervision mechanism and inadequate related research. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the access management of communicators, strengthen the management of communication content audit, build TCM knowledge base, strengthen industry regulation, and strengthen audience research and analysis, so as to promote its sustainable development.
ABSTRACT
Objective To study the target setup margin and dose evaluation for cervical cancer patients with volume-modulated arc therapy in the off-line adaptive radiation therapy (off-line ART),Methods A total of fifty patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into test group and control group.Cone beam CT scanning was performed twice a week,the setup errors in directions of LR,AP and CC were recorded in the whole treatment process.The target setup formula was used to calculate the new CTV-PTV setup margin.At the same time,the setup error was returned to planning isocenter (ISO).For the control group,the dose was recalculated on the basis of the original PTV after considering ISO shift.For the test group,the dose was also recalculated after the new extended boundary of the target.The dosimetric parameters of CTV and organs at risk (OAR) were evaluated between two groups after dose recalculation.Results According to the target setup formula,extended boundaries of CTV in the direction of LR,AP,CC were 0.45,0.46 and 0.82 cm,respectively.The test group increased in CTV with D100％ and D95％ (t =-8.16,-6.73,P ＜0.05) and decreased in femoral head with V40,V30 and D (t=3.14,-9.52,-7.48,P＜0.05) than the control group.The test group decreased in the pelvis with V34 and D than control group (t =10.14,-9.38,P ＜0.05).Conclusions The CTV-PTV setup margin and the dose of OAR were effectively reduced,and the coverage of target area was extended when the off-line ART technology was conducted in the volume-modulated arc therapy for cervical cancer.

The combination of field surveys and field interviews were conducted in Beijing Shunyi district Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) hospital to investigate the work situation and find the effectiveness and the existing problems of the hospital after accepting the unified management, technical support, talent support, teaching and scientific research support from a 3As hospital. After trusteeship, the business volume of Shunyi District TCM hospital has increased,the level of scientific research and education have improved,and the service capacity of traditional Chinese medicine has been enhanced. But it is necessary to coordinate trusteeship funds, clear responsibility and power, strengthen the construction of hospital informatization, unified the use of hospital preparations and to improve the hospital trusteeship model.
